Work Green has been building in the Emirates since 2001. The private offices of ruling families, ADNOC, Taaleem, ALDAR and the Emirates Red Crescent have all handed us ground to work on. So have the families who simply wanted a garden their children would grow up in.
Three divisions sit under one roof. Landscape, pool and interior fit-out are run by our own designers, engineers and site crews, so nobody passes your project down a chain of subcontractors. One manager owns it from the first site walk to the day we hand you the keys.

Most contractors hand half of your project to somebody else. We keep landscape, pool and interior fit-out in our own crews, which is why we can give you a date and hold it.

The structure under the garden. Earthworks, retaining walls, drainage, waterproofing, paving and natural stone, set out to the millimetre so nothing moves later.
Lawns, palms, trees and layered planting chosen for the Gulf climate, with automatic irrigation balanced zone by zone so every plant gets what it needs through the summer.
Shade you can live under. Timber and aluminium pergolas, gazebos, louvered roofs and enclosed garden rooms, built in-house and detailed to match the house.
Built-in grills, stone counters, sinks and storage. A full outdoor kitchen that turns the garden into the most used room of the house.
Built-in benches, daybeds and dining settings specified or made to measure, in materials that survive sun, salt and irrigation without looking tired in a season.
Sunken seating, fire tables and lit lounge terraces. The part of the garden that fills up after sunset, planned around how your family actually sits together.
Hardwood and composite decks around pools, on terraces and over roofs, laid on ventilated substructures so the boards stay flat and cool underfoot.
Landscapes for schools, campuses, public spaces and communities. Planting, paving, shade and irrigation laid out for heavy daily use and simple upkeep.
Shape, depth, coping and waterline decided in 3D against the house and the garden, with the plant room, circulation and lighting planned before excavation starts.
Clean geometry, sharp edges and flush decks. Infinity and deck-level pools in glass mosaic or stone, with concealed skimmers and integrated lighting.
Soft edges, beach entries and shallow sun shelves that read as part of the landscape, finished in graded pebble and mosaic so the water shifts colour as it deepens.

Interior schemes modelled room by room, from layout and lighting to material and finish boards, so the space is decided on screen and delivered exactly as agreed.
Blockwork, lintels, plaster, screeds, partitions and ceilings. The unglamorous half of a fit-out, done to line and level so every finish that follows sits true.
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing coordinated with the ceilings and joinery: air conditioning, lighting circuits, water and drainage, tested and commissioned before handover.
Wardrobes, panelling, screens, staircases and balustrades. Carpentry and CNC-cut metal made to our own drawings and installed by our own fitters.
Kitchens built around how you cook. Stone and porcelain worktops, integrated appliances, lit cabinetry and a second prep kitchen where the plan calls for one.
Entrance, internal and glazed doors with the hardware to match. Pivot sets, concealed hinges, handles and locks specified as one family across the whole house.
Wet areas built to last: tanking and falls first, then stone, vanities, mirrors, glass and brassware, so the room stays dry behind the finish for years.
Slat walls, upholstered panels, isolated ceilings and door seals. Rooms tuned so cinemas, majlises and offices sound the way they were meant to.
Offices, showrooms and retail interiors taken to handover, with civil works, MEP, joinery and finishes run by one team.

Work Green is a general contractor in the United Arab Emirates that designs and builds landscapes, swimming pools and interior fit-out. The company runs three divisions out of one office: Landscape, Pools & Waterscapes, and Fit-Out & Interiors. Its own crews carry a project from the first site survey through to handover, covering hardscape, planting, irrigation, pool construction, joinery and MEP works.
Work Green works across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Al Ain. The company is based in Abu Dhabi and has delivered projects on Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Jubail Island and Al Nurai Island, and in Dubai Hills Estate, District One at Al Meydan, Emirates Hills, Arabian Ranches, Al Khawaneej, Khalifa City and Al Ain.
Yes. Work Green keeps landscape, pool and interior fit-out inside the same company, so one contractor and one project manager cover the whole property. Where most contractors hand at least one of those trades to a subcontractor, Work Green's fit-out division takes villas and apartments to handover standard using the same organisation that built the garden.
Work Green designs and builds. Design is a service inside each of its three divisions, and a garden is drawn in full 3D before any stone is laid, so the client can walk through the scheme and approve it first. Levels, hardscape, planting, water and lighting are resolved as one composition rather than decided on site.
A full Work Green landscape package covers design, architectural and civil works, softscape and plantation, irrigation, pergolas and outdoor rooms, BBQs and outdoor kitchens, outdoor furniture, outdoor lounges and decking. Swimming pools, water features and garden lighting come from the same company, so earthworks, waterproofing, drainage and planting all run on one programme.
Work Green builds pools in two styles: a sharp contemporary line and a soft organic or beach edge. Each pool arrives as one package covering structure, waterproofing, filtration, finishes and the surrounding deck. The company draws the pool before the rest of the garden, because everything around it takes its shape from the water.
Hardscape is the built, non-living part of a garden: paving, retaining walls, steps, decking, pergolas, pool structures and drainage. Softscape is the living part: trees, palms, shrubs, turf, ground cover and the irrigation that keeps them alive. A garden in the UAE needs both resolved together, because planting depths, drainage falls and irrigation lines are set while the hardscape is still being built.
Work Green has delivered projects for ruling family private offices, ADNOC, ALDAR Investments, Emirates Red Crescent, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, Musanada, Taaleem, PROVIS and Arabtec, alongside private villa owners across the Emirates. The record includes storm water works at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, external works at ADNOC sites and landscaping for 32 villas on Al Nurai Island.
Work Green, registered as W.G Interiors & Landscape General Contracting, was established in Abu Dhabi in 2001. That is twenty five years of continuous operation in the UAE, across private villas, royal offices, government authorities, schools, hotels, malls and residential compounds.
